Endosteal Implant Placement
Surgical placement of implant body which is the first surgery. Prior to this procedure, the damaged tooth must be extracted with bone replacement graft. After the grafted bone is stabilized, implant body is inserted into the bone. After this surgery, patient needs certain downtime for implant to be stablized with bone until the second surgery.
Customized Abutment
Abutment connects endosteal implant body and prosthesis. We use customized zirconia abutment (not pre-fabricated one). The primary objective must always be proper support of the surrounding tissues, optimal morphology to support the restoration, and anatomic design to allow for ideal support of the implants.
